Valentina Milanova is the founder of Daye, the gynae health research and development company on a mission to close the gender pain gap and overcome historical gender biases in medical research and product innovation. After years of research and testing, Daye launched its first consumer product in 2020 - the world‘s only cramp-soothing tampon. From the outset, Valentina has baked her core values into the DNA of the company - Daye‘s products are created by women who used to be in the prison system, and their tampons are produced in a fully carbon neutral operation. Born and raised in Bulgaria, Valentina moved to the UK to attend the University of Buckingham, where she got degrees in business, economics, and law. After considering careers in journalism and econometrics, Valentina soon found herself drawn in by the start-up world, working first at Techstars and then as a venture associate for Founders Factory. Meanwhile, she began working on her own idea for a company. After 180 pitches to investors, Valentina managed to raise £4.23 million in seed funding and in 2018, Daye started officially changing the face of female health for the better.

Frederique Welgryn is a successful innovation centric executive with 20+ years of experience in Pharma & OTC. Passionate about healthcare and specifically Women's Health, Frederique has been involved or led major Rx-to-OTC programs and launches in Women’s Health in Europe or in the US in the last 10 years. Her team recently conducted the Rx-to-OTC switch of a Progestin Only Pill in the US, which received unanimous support from a joint FDA Advisory Committee Panel in May 2023.
In January 2023, she initiated the creation of a dedicated Global Women’s Health Division at Perrigo, with a mission to empower women and people to determine and access their own sexual health journey.

Meghan Davis (she/her) joined the Thinx team as CEO on May 23rd, 2022.
Meghan brings 20 years of experience leading winning health care and beauty businesses. She has proven success in navigating complex business dynamics in multiple categories and countries to deliver meaningful products and solutions for consumers and customers.
Under Meghan’s leadership, J&J Consumer Health Portugal delivered strong sales, market share gains and profitability in years of significant disruption due to the COVID pandemic impact. As Marketing Director for J&J Consumer Northern Europe, Meghan accelerated the Beauty business by launching more than 20 new products in under four years and reset the Baby Toiletries portfolio strategy to reclaim market share amidst intense competitive pressure from new entrants. In addition to her recent commercial responsibilities, Meghan spent several years in leadership positions within Corporate Strategy, Finance, Compliance and Risk Management.
Meghan’s high energy and inclusive leadership style enables her to build diverse, high performing teams. She is focused on meeting evolving needs of consumers and customers with innovative approaches and disciplined execution.
Meghan received her Bachelors of Science in Biology and Masters of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame. She enjoys traveling and exploring with her husband, Matt.
